Foundation History
The congregation of the sisters of St.Charles Borromeo was founded by Rev.Fr.Adrien Brezy in 1684 in Wez-Belgium and established in India 1929 by Mother Josephine Allard. Rev.Fr. Adrien Brezy was moved to compassion towards the poor, the ignorant and the less fortunate of the society. He was deeply sensitive to the plight of the women and children who were deprived of their right to education. He wanted to impart Christian education especially to the poor and the marginalized of the society. The sisters of St. Charles, continue to make the charism of their founder a living reality in the mission of education.

Prospectus
Little Flower Convent Girls Higher Secondary School is a minority Institution established in June 1940 by the Sisters of St.Charles Borromeo. It caters to the education primarily of the Catholic Community yet from the very beginning the school has been opened to all communities irrespective of caste or creed. The School is managed by the Sisters of St Charles, Ranipet Registered under the societies of Registration Act XXI of 1860 at Vellore on 26th November 1950.
The congregation of the sisters of St.Charles Borromeo was founded in 1684 by Fr.Adrien Brezy parish priest of Wez to impart Christian education to the poor children of his parish.
Go teach all nations….Mt 21:19-20 prompted by this instruction of Jesus Christ and being faithful to the initial chrism of the congregation, the sisters of St.Charles Borromeo continue to carry out the mission of building up God’s kingdom.

Fostering the total development of the pupils who will be intellectually well informed emotionally balanced and spiritually oriented to assume their duties everywhere as responsible citizens of our country.
The emblem of the congregation and the motto inscribed, on it “FAITH,TOIL, PROGRESS” appropriately characterizes our institutes. The sisters and teachers faithful to their motto, live by faith constantly at work urged on by an ardent desire for progress.
